We've released another wave of improvements to dembrane. Here's what's new:

📜 Upgraded Report Functionality

Multiple reports — create and manage several distinct reports within a single project.
Guided reports — provide custom instructions to shape how a report is written, for example "summarize for a sales team".
Scheduled reports (beta) — schedule a report for a future time; it will automatically include all conversations recorded before that moment.
Background processing — report generation now runs in the background with a visible status indicator. Navigate away freely while it completes.

✨ Create and save your own chat templates Chat template customisation (beta)

Custom prompt templates — create your own templates from scratch, or duplicate and edit any built-in template.
Pin templates — pin your most-used chat templates so they appear directly in the chat.

🚏 Improve project navigation in the homepage

Pin projects — pin up to 3 projects to the top of your list for quick access.
Language on cards — each project card now displays the project's language at a glance.

👥 Settings & Profile Redesign

Profile picture — upload, crop, and remove your profile picture directly from settings.
Display name — update your own display name at any time.
Change password — a self-service password change is now available without contacting support.
Reorganized settings — settings are now grouped into Account & Security, Appearance, and Project Defaults.

Ukrainian Language Support

Ukrainian support —dembrane now supports Ukrainian as a chat language. Participants can receive replies in Ukrainian without requiring a full interface translation.

🐛  Bug fixes

Making our platform robust — We also made several bug fixes to sharpen the platform, including better handling of VPN connections during audio uploads and clearer labeling for anonymized transcripts.

v1.15.0 New look, new features

dembrane got a refresh. Here's what changed:

• Host guide — A quick reference guide with instructions for participants that you can easily edit to help you prepare and run your sessions with Dembrane. You can find this next to the QR code.
• Ask for Email — Collect participant email addresses after a conversation ends so you can follow up. Enable it in Portal Settings.
• Direct Transcript Anonymization — Protect participant privacy by replacing personal information (names, emails, phone numbers, addresses) with placeholders. Anonymized conversations also disable audio playback and download. Useful when working with sensitive topics or when your data governance requires it. Check out the Portal Settings page for more info.
• White Labelling — Upload your own logo so participants see your brand instead of ours. Available on request — reach out to us if you're interested.
• Fresh design — Updated colors, fonts, icons, and logo across the entire platform. Things should feel cleaner and more consistent.
• Auto-generated titles — Conversations now get a title automatically based on their content. You can also turn this off.
