@parasharrajat Permanently for now. Theme switching is a goal for the future, but is not a priority until after WAQ initiative.

This would be "permanent" for now until we create the ability for folks to switch themes, and at that point we'll re-introduce a light theme.

To close the look noting here that we have omitted the gif/ animations to be updated when we made the switch. I assume that was just considered out of scope for this PR, but we have not had a follow-up ready and this bug was logged to solve this
