QA Steps

Prerequisite: user A created a public room

1. User A send a message to the public room
2. User A add a reply to the message to create a thread
3. Copy the public room link
4. Open the public room link on another client[1] (we call it user B) that is signed out
5. User B opens the created thread
6. User A edit the parent thread message
7. On User B, verify the report name on the footer box is updated
8. User A deletes the parent thread message
9. On User B, verify the report name on the footer box is updated to [Deleted message]
