The PR introduces a new flow to edit a report field.

Note: the feature works only on the staging server for now.
Note: the feature is under the beta (reportFieldsFeature).

Text type

1. Create a text-type report field.
2. Click on the newly added row.
3. Edit the initial value.
4. Click on "Save".
5. Verify that the report field has been updated correctly.

Date type

1. The user cannot edit this type of report field.

List type

1. Create a list-type report field.
2. Click on the newly added row.
3. Edit the initial value when list values are added.
4. Verify that the report field has been updated correctly.
5. Click on "List values".
6. The user can enable, disable, rename, and delete a list value.
7. Verify that all these scenarios work properly.
8. Verify that the initial value contains only existing and enabled list values.

• If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers
• I followed the guidelines as stated in the Review Guidelines
• I tested other components that can be impacted by my changes (i.e. if the PR modifies a shared library or component like Avatar, I verified the components using Avatar are working as expected)
