Source rationale

BIP-360's acknowledgements now credit both Ava Chow and Jon Atack among reviewers/contributors. Ava also has a direct bitcoin-dev reply on the BIP-360 witness-version discussion, where she argues against mnemonic witness-version assignment on technical grounds. I treated this as documented technical review involvement, not a quantum-urgency stance, so the score distribution stays unchanged.

• Confirmed data.json and public/data.json are byte-identical after the update
• Confirmed Ava Chow and Jon Atack retain score 1, have pq_work_volume: 1, last_verified: 2026-05-10, and primary sources
