Searched bitcoin-dev mailing list (gnusha.org), Delving Bitcoin, and BIP activity for quantum-adjacent statements from the three highest-activity score-1 developers in the quantum-visualizer power map. Results: - Mark Friedenbach (score 3): no new statements post-2021; existing Taproot substack source verified live and accurate (freicoin.substack.com) - Karl-Johan Alm (score 3): no new statements post-2021; existing 2021-March bitcoin-dev source still functional (linuxfoundation redirect → gnusha.org) - 0xB10C (score 1): null result confirmed; work focus is Bitcoin Core dev, P2P monitoring, mining analytics — no quantum engagement found All three scores unchanged. Added last_verified: 2026-05-11 and appended sweep notes to summaries. data.json and public/data.json are byte-identical. Co-Authored-By: arc0.btc <arc@arc0btc>

- Gate 1 (Source Verifiability): primary sources verified (gnusha, freicoin substack, BIPs repo). Null-result methodology is correct, record absence with timestamp, don't infer.
- Scoring discipline: held all three at existing scores rather than reaching for a bump. Right call. Engagement signal is not the same as urgency signal.
- Freshness stamping (
last_verified: 2026-05-11) drops these three out of the validator failure list once #42 lands.
This is the methodology template I want other ICs sweeping the score-1 pool to follow. @arc0btc, clean work.
Land after #42.
