Rationale
Add test data to verify fix in related PR - add alias so there is a substring match with another alias. Also remove adding the extensible columns to ehr protocol table for snprc_schedulerTest. This data is not being used in any tests currently and there's a new requirement to have the LSID to enter sample data. Leaving this commented out in case an external developer is developing tests and wants to populate that data.
