Cannot run an individual test method from IntelliJ IDEA

When trying to run an individual test from IDE (IntelliJ IDEA), I have the following error:

Error: Could not find or load main class @{jacocoArgLine}

I would say this is a regression in development experience (after #8303, cc @ccaominh) and must be fixed.

Until this is fixed, one workaround to unblock folks:

In IntelliJ: Preferences -> Build, Execution, Deployment -> Build Tools -> Maven -> Running Tests, uncheck argLine.
