Update java-util to 0.27.11

• Remove reflection from ByteBufferUtils (Remove reflection in ByteBufferUtils metamx/java-util#52)
• Add syntactic sugar for catching bad ordering of log messages (Add @Deprecated catch for logging assuming slf4j convention metamx/java-util#44)

@drcrallen would it be worth putting this in 0.9.2 or should we hold this until that branch is cut?

@gianm I don't think anything here has to be in 0.9.2. Or more precisely, there isn't anything here that would warrant risking a regression bug in 0.9.2 this late in the release cycle, as such I have labeled it for 0.9.3.
