KAFKA-10804 add more subsets and exclude performance tests

The following tasks are included by this PR.

1. add more subsets
2. not to run all system tests - exclude performance

The tracing flaky/failed tests

1. streams_eos_test.py -> KAFKA-10815 EosTestDriver#verifyAllTransactionFinished should break loop if all partitions are verified #9706
2. connect_distributed_test.py -> KAFKA-10289 fix failed connect_distributed_test.py (ConnectDistribute… #9673
3. downgrade_test.py and upgrade_test.py -> KAFKA-10822 Force some stdout from system tests for Travis #9712

@hachikuji It seems the free plan of Travis CI can't support Kafka system tests totally. Not sure whether we can get more free resources from Travis CI? If not, maybe we should remove (or disable) Travis CI build :(

At any rate, I'm trying to turn all timeout system tests.
