I added vendored openssl to handle this warning:
"warning: path '/usr/local/lib/libssl.so.1.1' does not belong to a package: dpkg-query: no path found matching pattern /usr/local/lib/libssl.so.1.1 (skip this auto dep for /home/tv/casperlabs-node/./target/release/casperlabs-node)"

My only concern is that there's no test with this feature enabled.

Having said that, I doubt there's much that could go wrong if the targets actually build successfully, so worst case I expect is that when we go to build a deb package, it might fail to build.

Can't we just make rust-openssl link openssl statically? It ships with openssl source afaik. That'd also remove what I assume is the only non-libc external dependency, making cross-compilation easier.

Just a thought =)

Impl Hash for Instruction (#32)

`Instruction` sould reflect the same implementations as `Opcode`. The
former doesn't implement `Hash`, while the latter does.

`Hash` is mandatory if the structure is to be used with map-like
implementations. That way, having that implementation for `Instruction`
is desirable.
