This PR removes one of the two synchronizer implementations and creates a draft for the integration of the remaining synchronizer with Highway.

Add implementation for GM opcode (#35)

The variants of the get metadata function must be specified as enum so
the consumers of this library can use it as immediate value of the `GM`
opcode without acessing the internal value of the constant
representation.

Implement Error for PanicReason (#35)

execution.

That way, the default traits must be implemented for the type.
