Based on discussion in #900. I was going to originally add more to this PR but then, after reading closer, I saw there was not, in fact, any significant change in the problem specifications on the test or other levels that required improvement! So, this will do.
EDIT: whoops, reread recommendations, revised commit descs slightly, but should be good now?
