Fix trackPageView not resetting maxAjaxCallsPerView counter

Problem

The trackPageView method (both manual calls and auto route tracking) does not reset the maxAjaxCallsPerView counter, causing "Maximum ajax per page view limit reached" errors after multiple page views in SPAs.

Reproduction scenario:

1. Set maxAjaxCallsPerView to 10
2. Set enableAutoRouteTracking to true
3. Navigate between routes that make AJAX calls
4. After 5 consecutive page toggles, the application throws:

   "Maximum ajax per page view limit reached, ajax monitoring is paused until the next trackPageView()"

Solution

Added a new optional resetAjaxAttempts() method to reset the ajax call counter when a new page view is tracked:

Fixed the TypeScript compilation errors:

1. Exported IAjaxMonitorPlugin interface from applicationinsights-dependencies-js main module
2. Fixed plugin access pattern to use ajaxPlugin.plugin.resetAjaxAttempts() instead of direct access
3. Removed deprecated tsconfig option that was causing compilation issues

The getPlugin<T>() method returns ILoadedPlugin<T> where the actual plugin is accessed via the .plugin property. Commit 22ca0e0.
