Pull Request Overview
Weekly permissions synchronization that adds new ApplicationAuthorization permissions and removes existing authorization path requirements.
- Adds three new ApplicationAuthorization permission scopes with both Application and DelegatedWork schemes
- Removes permission requirements from multiple applications authorization API paths
- Updates service principals authorization endpoints to have empty permission requirements
