This is a weekly automated permissions sync that adds new Copilot-related permissions and updates CloudPC endpoints with a new launch detail retrieval capability.
- Adds two new Copilot package permissions (
CopilotPackages.Read.AllandCopilotPackages.ReadWrite.All) for both delegated and application schemes - Introduces a new CloudPC endpoint
