Add database indices for `received_at` and `provider, received_at` in the notifications SQLite store. When loading the notifications list in the UI, we paginate by grouping and sorting `ORDER BY received_at DESC`. Without an index on `received_at`, SQLite performs a full file sort of all rows which can be $O(N \log N)$ and highly inefficient. By adding these indices, queries that apply a `provider` filter or those that fetch all rows sorted by received_at are now an $O(K)$ lookup scan, avoiding the memory bounds of an unbounded file sort. * perf(ui): memoize markdown rendering components Wrapped `BubbleMarkdown`, `TableCellMarkdown`, and `AgentMessageBubble` in `React.memo` to prevent unnecessary re-renders when parent components update. Markdown rendering is computationally expensive and since these components only receive primitives, memoization ensures they only re-render when actual content changes.
