i18n(de): update tutorial with changes from #12532

Description

I went through the last 5 commits from the English version of the tutorial, see these commits, and only found that some changes from #12532 were not yet in the new German tutorial.

Other than that, the German tutorial is up-to-date, the changes from #12763 already got merged in #12778.
