There are some problems setting up the test environment properly, CI should work like this currently, but calling build_all.sh will not use the static folder in each example, but it will build.

Current I made a static folder where I put an index.html to work with wasm-bindgen/wasm-pack properly, but this doesn't use the static folders that are in every example for adding scripts, css or other things.

The only other solution that would work right now is to duplicate all the data for cargo-web and wasm-pack each.

@daxpedda I think that this approach of supporting both web-sys and stdweb in each example isn't a great experience for developers. Once a dev decides they need web-sys or stdweb they don't want to browse example projects that are littered with code and cfg macros for the other platform. How about moving any example that depends on stdweb directly into a subfolder of examples called stdweb? We can follow up later with copying those examples to web-sys

Seems fine to keep examples that don't directly depend on stdweb as is though 👍

Hey would you mind rebasing this again? I disabled check_examples in order to get CI green but this change should properly fix examples so please re-enable it in .travis.yml 👍
