Revival surgery doesn't pull ghost #13151

Revival surgery does not put ghost back into body, most corpses end up with catatonic state
Reproduction
The multiple times I have done the revival surgery, all of them have been catatonic once revived. None of them had their soul departed so I dont think the bodies ghost is pulled back into the body.
