TGUI Crashes - Voting Panel #13162

Short Description
I cannot access certain TGUI panels, the TGUI gives me a fatal error at "002B:C562F1B7"
Reproduction
- Click on vote panel within OOC tab.
- Get an expansive NTOS error.
- Fail to bring up a map vote.
- There are other certain TGUI panels I cannot access, as I get a similar (or same err) crash.
The crash log will be listed in additional information.
