Attempting to clean a airlock with soap attempts to "wash the ooze away"
Reproduction
- Attempt to clean a painted airlock/windoor/blastdoor
- Instead clean the non-existant ooze off of it.

Additional information
I could be wrong, but it appears to be caused by #19832 not having the proper conditional, and triggering the "remove the clown emag" code instead of continuing to the "clean with soap" code.
