- `generate_*` methods on `KeyInit` and `KeyIvInit` traits have been
deprecated in favor of the
  new `Generate` trait ([#2162])
- Bump `rand_core` to v0.10 ([#2250])
- Bump `getrandom` to v0.4 ([#2258])
