Update versions of Python and Node, fix Dockerfile build
Sync with MAGFest (no conflicts)
The GPG server is no longer reachable, so we're copy-pasting new instructions from https://github.com/nodejs/docker-node/blob/master/7.10/Dockerfile which should theoretically get around that.
Pull in updates from Magfest's Sideboard
