[release-v1.7] Fix invalid manifests

This patch contains the following fixes:

• Add missing new line in [release-v1.7][SRVKS-999] Add probes to all deployments #176 (domainmapping-controller.yaml)
• Add missing seccomp CRD for 1-serving-crds.yaml in [RELEASE-1.7][SRVKS-985] Add sec default no seccomp #194

Also, this patch cherry-picks the following PRs for maintainability:

• [SRVKS-988] Drop duplicate manifests #81
• [SRVKS-1000] Use SO repo's script to install serverless #89
• Avoid replacing seccompProfile in CRD files #148
