Description of the PR
This fixes the indentation of the pom.xml for MSF4J, sets the artifactId as parameter in the generation script (previously it was just set manually in the generated pom, and thus overwritten after an sample update), and regenerates the samples.
I couldn't figure out where the enum related change in FakeApi.java came from.
