3. Call shuttle, as display shows it being no longer ETA

5. Shuttle B arrives
6. Shuttle A departs
7. Shuttle B departs
8. Shuttle A arrives at CC
9. Shuttle B returns to station, counting everyone aboard as Marooned

This was actually a bug related to me using the shuttle panel, the Wabbajack shuttle is bugged and glitches the shuttle system when spawned. I had spawned the Wabbajack shuttle as a replacement to the default, tried to spawn the default shuttle again, Wabbajack shuttle stays with its underlying shuttle subsystem, but it technically spawns the new shuttle's subsystem. Then captain orders the new shuttle, which glitches it even more. In total I think there were three different shuttle systems trying to compete with eachother.
