fix: add DB should not say it's Postgres

SUMMARY

The add DB dialog is currently broken because regardless of the DB type it's passing.

Which triggers PostgresEngineSpec.build_sqlalchemy_uri(parameters), failing because the required parameters for Postgres are not there.
