-Replaced "- name: Naomi Chao" with "- name: Naomi Chao github-handle: "

Why did you make the changes (we will use this info to test)?

• The plan is for a single github-handle variable to replace the github and picture variables.

The Visual was unchanged. I deleted the site and jekyll files and restarted docker as suggested but I still didn't see my changes.
