Overrides to accommodate the kn-plugin-event together with kn-plugin-func

Adds scripts and files for configuring CI setup against OpenShift.

Adds OpenShift specific files

to prevent clashing from other possible clients

earlier it was using the CI images which existed only for serving CI also using the correct catalog source removed unused variables

added missing var for knative-serving namespace name removes unnecessary commands in tear down

chore: Add missing license files

Adds missing license in yaml file

Update e2e tests

Ignores if requested project not found

Debug: Cat /proc/meminfo before executing the tests
