Overview
Updates the editor picker to show distinct branding for VS Code variants.

Adds new VisualStudioCodeInsiders and VSCodium SVG icon components in Icons.tsx (with useId()-scoped mask/filter/gradient IDs), and updates OpenInPicker.tsx so the VS Code Insiders and VSCodium options no longer reuse the standard VisualStudioCode icon.
