Reproduction

1. Click on rack/table as engineering cyborg with correct tool.
2. Get disappointed by the fact that you can't deconstruct it, only hit it on harm intent.

Around 1:30 in the demo playback. Can't get a link because the damn thing isn't working. But I know it was around 1:30. Caused by this PR.
