[No QA] Add sentryLabel to sign-in and onboarding flows for INP tracking

Explanation of Change

Adds sentryLabel props to interactive elements across the sign-in and onboarding flows to improve INP event attribution in Sentry monitoring. This is part of an ongoing series (#77397, #77513, #77755, #82272, #82660, #82001) systematically reducing high INP events by ensuring Sentry can identify which element triggered an interaction.

• New SIGN_IN category with 10 labels covering 8 sign-in files (12 elements labeled): login form continue button, SSO/magic code selector buttons, email/SMS delivery failure page links, sign-up welcome form submit, unlink login form button, validate code form button, and sign-in hero copy links.
• Extended ONBOARDING with 5 new labels across 7 files (11 elements labeled): purpose, accounting, employees, interested features, work email, workspace invite, workspace optional, and workspaces screens.
• Extended VALIDATE_CODE with 2 new labels in the shared ValidateCodeForm.
• Extended TEST_DRIVE with 2 new labels for the Skip/Confirm actions.

No logic changes — purely metadata annotations.

1. Open EApp in a development build.
2. Add the below snippet into the main <style> tag inside of web/index.html to ease out debugging. It will highlight in red every item with the label.

It adheres to proper capitalization guidelines (note: only the first word of header/labels should be capitalized), and is either coming verbatim from figma or has been approved by marketing (in order to get marketing approval, ask the Bug Zero team member to add the Waiting for copy label to the issue)
  • I verified proper file naming conventions were followed for any new files or renamed files. All non-platform specific files are named after what they export and are not named "index.js". All platform-specific files are named for the platform the code supports as outlined in the README.
  • I verified the JSDocs style guidelines (in STYLE.md) were followed
• If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers
• I followed the guidelines as stated in the Review Guidelines
• I tested other components that can be impacted by my changes (i.e. if the PR modifies a shared library or component like Avatar, I verified the components using Avatar are working as expected)
• I verified all code is DRY (the PR doesn't include any logic written more than once, with the exception of tests)
