Description

This PR cleans up the dependencies in packages/core based on knip analysis.

Changes

• Removed unused dependencies: @opentelemetry/resource-detector-gcp, @types/glob, @types/minimatch.
• Added missing dependencies: zod-to-json-schema, and various @opentelemetry/* packages identified by knip.
• Updated package-lock.json accordingly.

Verification: Builds successfully and all tests pass.
