since these days the plan mode is working with conductor extension, i think it is necessary to include this to prevent accidental commit of these local based conductor related files

i personally use plan mode in my developer workflow (contributing to gemeni cli itself) and with the recent changes if conductor extension is installed plan mode and conductor kinda work together by creating local plan files

And one more thing, most of the times gemini successfully does not include these local artifacts, but i had instances where it hallucinates or does git add . adding all the files causing me manually remove them or i had to remember not to include these local artifacts when i do them myself

by adding this , we can remove the anxiety of accidentally adding this local artifacts (most helpful for devs who use gemini cli to contribute to gemini cli itself)

that's my reasoning.
