Fixes #6996

OK for reviewing- But do not Merge!

What changes did you make?

  • In issue-trigger.yml applied the changes detailed in issue Edits to issue-trigger.yml file #7000, which are mostly housekeeping changes to comments (grammar, consistent formatting)
  • Same file, deleted the step to "Add-Issues-To-Project-Board", Projects Board Beta will do this from now on
  • In preliminary-update-comment.js commented out statements that check column and label assignments and post appropriate messages
  • Same file, apply housekeeping changes (consistent spacing, grammar, formatting)

Why did you make the changes (we will use this info to test)?

  • So that formatting and grammar are consistent
  • PBB will do this from henceforth
  • These sections no longer work with new PBB
  • So that formatting and grammar are consistent
