This PR reverts the nix flake from the xome/home-manager based approach (introduced in PR #745 for MacOS support) back to a simpler pkgs.mkShell implementation.

• Removes interactive setup wizards and zsh configuration

logic: These packages are Linux-only and will cause the flake to fail on MacOS. The previous implementation had conditional includes using onlyIf=pkgs.stdenv.isLinux. Consider using conditional expressions like:

This fixes the linux Issue I had have with dev before the macos PR git checkout 902baae0 PR (👍) but this currently doesn't work for me

(which happens when running pip install -e .[cuda,dev])

Well one extra caveat, the normal pytest -s ./dimos fails, but python -m pytest -s ./dimos works
