feat(i18n): add Estonian language support

Description

This PR adds Estonian (et) language support infrastructure to the application. The changes include:

• Type definitions: Added 'et' locale to AvailableLocale type definition
• TVDB language mapping: Added Estonian to TMDB→TVDB language mapping (et: 'est')
• Frontend language registration: Registered Estonian in the language context
• App initialization: Added Estonian locale import in the app loader

The actual translation strings are managed through Weblate at https://translate.seerr.dev and are now 100% complete. This PR provides the necessary infrastructure for Estonian translations to be pulled in via Weblate PRs.

I think this PR might currently be blocking the Estonian translation from working.

Right now, the et locale is added in code, but since the actual translation file (et.json) is handled via Weblate and not present yet, the build seems to fail (Cannot find module '../i18n/locale/et.json').

Would it make sense to either temporarily include the generated file or adjust the flow so Weblate PRs can pass CI?

I’ve completed the Estonian translation on Weblate (100%), so it’s ready once this part is resolved 🙂

The file does exist. This PR needs to be rebased as said on the previous comments. This PR is blocked from being merged until this PR is rebased to include the latest changes from develop which already has the file.
